The Friends Association of the National Museum of Fine Arts is a non-profit civil association pioneer in Argentina, with almost 90 years of history that supports the National Museum of Fine Arts and disseminates art and culture.

The Fine Arts is a public museum. Supporting it means transforming private contributions into the assets of all Argentines.
The Fine Arts is the most visited museum in Argentina. It receives more than 700,000 people a year, with free and open access.
The Fine Arts is an emblematic museum. His collection of European art is the most important in Latin America and a pride of our culture.

To spread art and culture is to contribute to the formation of a new public and to the construction of citizenship. It is to promote a responsible and participatory attitude in the preservation of our cultural heritage. And it is to work for the community giving back what it contributes daily to the Museum.

Thanks to the contribution of its members, to individual donations, to specific fundraising events and to the development of its declared activities of cultural and educational interest by the Porteña Legislature, the association accompanies the National Museum of Fine Arts in the execution of its exhibitions temporarias, in the updating of its patrimony from the donation of works of art, in the extension of its services of cultural extension and in the accomplishment of edilicias works and support of expenses of operation.
